Dear All,
I am thrilled to share that I have completed my Executive MBA at Rice Business – Jones Graduate School of Business. This journey has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding experiences of my life.
First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude to my wife Irene M. Carbonell and my two kids Ignacio and Rodrigo. Your unwavering motivation, support and sacrifice made this possible. Balancing family, work, and studies was a steep climb, but your encouragement and understanding helped me achieve this.
To my professors and the administrative staff at Rice, thank you for your dedication and commitment. Your guidance was not just about academic excellence but also about shaping me into a better leader and thinker. The wisdom and insights you have shared are deeply appreciated. I found a support system at Rice University like no other, an outstanding team of friends always ready to help.
To my team, team # 4: Andreana Rivera Hari Sundaram Romain Lemoine Russell Morris, I am especially grateful to my team for their collaboration and insights. Our group’s diversity, encompassing a wide range of backgrounds and cultures, enriched our interactions and deepened our understanding. Each discussion and project benefited greatly from our varied perspectives, enhancing our learning and personal growth.
The program concluded with an incredible experience in Rio de Janeiro, where we had the opportunity to engage with local startups and immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of the city. A special thank you to Flori Tech Thaís Guerra Gabriel Bastos for their inspiring work and hospitality. Exploring Rio and witnessing its beauty firsthand was the perfect culmination of our studies.
This milestone is not just my achievement but a testament to the collective support and belief of each one of you. Thank you all for being part of this significant chapter of my life.
